We are a nonprofit organization focusing on the intersection of agriculture, rural health, and community based issues.
VISION: To aid and empower rural communities across the globe through the study and practice of rural healthcare, as well as research, education, community initiatives, and international outreach.
MISSION STATEMENT: Always do our best to ask questions, hear answers, and empower others.
INITIATIVES: We strive to emphasize the importance of farming and diet as upstream social determinants of health. We seek to advocate for health equity through the lens of agriculture and nutrition from the perspective of physicians and farmers alike. We have raised and given $10k+ in scholarships to date, specifically to students interested in studying agricultural sciences.
STATUS: We are a non-profit organization with a current pending 501(c)(3) status. We are in the process of building an educational center in rural southern Vermont, with the foundation and interior structure already complete.
